Chiton Beach House is located in a quiet street with very little through traffic. It is very close to beach (200m walk to Chiton Beach) and is one street from the Encounter Coast bikeway which runs to Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and Goolwa. The house has a secure backyard.

It has 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bath and a 2-3 person spa
The house is heated and cooled by a split system upstairs and downstairs.
There is a 65inch smart TV upstairs and 42inch TV downstairs. Wifi is connected and included. Bluetooth compatible stereos both upstairs and down stairs. A table-tennis table down stairs keeps the kids and adults entertained.
The kitchen has a mini nespresso, dishwasher, sandwich maker and 4 slice toaster.
The deck has fantastic views of the hills and big outdoor setting for sitting outside and watching the world go by or viewing the kids skateboarding or cycling in the quiet street below. The deck has a large hooded gas bbq for the the early morning fry up or bbq lunch or dinner.
